Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can provide you with far more extensive results than typical aerobic exercise. It is a
perfect way to tone up, lose weight, learn self-defense. It also builds confidence as you progress.
During the 6 week cycle we will cover:
Escapes, Submissions, Take-downs, Guard Passing.
We will also help you develop game strategies, which will enable you to understand the efficiency of movement and the leverage and body mechanics.
Comfortable workout clothes, flip flops and water.
This 6 week course will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm -6.45pm.
The Beginners Course is only €100- This includes 2 classes per week for full 8 weeks.
